We help clients navigate the complete business sector. We work closely with a client’s accountant to structure the business vehicle that works best for the client. Our clients vary from sole proprietors to partnerships to corporations. We create Partnership and Shareholder Agreements, as well as specialty agreements that are often crafted to meet ongoing needs
Wills
We review with clients their personal circumstances together with their needs and expectations and work with them to craft Last Will and Testaments and Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care. We also assist clients in setting up primary and secondary wills. Once in place, we recommend periodic reviews to ensure that these important documents still meet their needs
Estates
We work with estate trustees in administering estates. This usually entails making an application to the Superior Court for probate. We assist estate trustees through all necessary steps and procedures so estate property can be distributed to beneficiaries. We partner closely with accountants and financial advisors in setting up trusts before and after death

Entrance: Enter the Law Office through the oak doors facing the municipal parking lot which is located at the corner of Pine and Second streets. Our office is located on the second floor. Our elevator is located opposite the oak doors in the bell tower.
Parking: Parking is available right beside Schoolhouse Lane in the Collingwood municipal parking lot at the corner of Pine and Second Streets.
Schoolhouse Lane is a pedestrian only walkway.
